DIRECTIONS FROM LAFAYETTE TO JUG'S LANDING |

| On highway 90 heading east, stay on 90 until
you can get off on exit 200 (Hwy 311). Take Hwy 311 South. Follow 311 approx. 10 miles into Houma. 311/312 will intersect with Junction 3197 and 182 West. Turn right going west. You will pass a Mc Donald's on your left and the civic center on your right. Follow 182 West to the next intersection past the convenience store and the carwash. On the right shoulder of the road in front of the carwash you will see a sign that has three town names on it, Gibson, Theriot (is on Bayou Dularge Rd.), and Morgan City. There will be an arrow pointing straight ahead indicating to go straight to Theriot. There will be 3 other road signs LA 3197, LA 315 and 182 West. Go straight on 315. You will cross the first draw bridge you are coming to. Get in the right lane and exit the bridge following the road to the right. Turn left at stop sign onto 315 South. The boat landing will be 19 miles down to the end of the black-top road on the bayou side (Jug Head's Landing). If you go too far you will end up crossing the levee, so remember don't cross the levee! |
